BEEF!Mezcal is a spirit made by distilling mash from steamed hearts of the agave plant. The Ángeles family in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca, employs the most traditional of Mexican methods, using a mixture of wild or cultivated agaves distilled individually or in the mash.
