The GuardianBenjamin David lives on Munich's Baldeplatz and works a little further down the Isar in the Glockenbach district. He could actually walk to work or possibly take the bus. But Benjamin has been campaigning for a largely car-free zone on the Isar for years and therefore prefers to swim to work as far as the water level of the Isar allows.
