Max GeitlingerMax Geitlinger is an organic winegrower and innkeeper in Egerten, north of Freiburg. The Gasthaus zum Hirschen has been in his family for 9 generations, and he has been a winegrower for over 10 years. As a child, Max played in the woods and streams in the neighbourhood and developed a deep connection to nature. Max's credo in viticulture is that nature already does things right and that man should not intervene too much. It is from this philosophy that Max develops his characterful and special wines, which he believes can offend some people.
